Customer Contact

  • Customers can contact us through the Gumtree marketplace for sales, support and returns
  • They can also contact us directly via FreshDesk email for the same process
  • Marketplace may generate tickets so remind them to close the tickets once they've responded in the party


Returns

E.g. Can't send RPL form so have to use this method 

  1. Same process as normal returns: Confirm reason the for return, provide relevant troubleshooting, collect evidence (video/image) and enter the details into the Monday Board.
  2. Provide /c Product Return - Change of Mind or /c RPL <brand> to customer for return, and note the tracking number reference provided to the Monday Board.


Replacements

E.g. Can't send RPL form so have to use this method 

  1. Same process as a normal return, detailed in Monday, and authorised replacement confirmed in DEAR with -R tag.


Refunds

E.g. Can't send RPL form so have to use this method 

  1. Same process as a normal return, refunding Gumtree orders via Electronic Cart in Shopify.
