Customer Contact
- Customers can contact us through the Gumtree marketplace for sales, support and returns
- They can also contact us directly via FreshDesk email for the same process
- Marketplace may generate tickets so remind them to close the tickets once they've responded in the party
Returns
E.g. Can't send RPL form so have to use this method
- Same process as normal returns: Confirm reason the for return, provide relevant troubleshooting, collect evidence (video/image) and enter the details into the Monday Board.
- Provide /c Product Return - Change of Mind or /c RPL <brand> to customer for return, and note the tracking number reference provided to the Monday Board.
Replacements
E.g. Can't send RPL form so have to use this method
- Same process as a normal return, detailed in Monday, and authorised replacement confirmed in DEAR with -R tag.
Refunds
E.g. Can't send RPL form so have to use this method
- Same process as a normal return, refunding Gumtree orders via Electronic Cart in Shopify.
