Process Objective

  • To provide customer with replacements for the specific component of their old or new version of the BarkTec spray collar that has become faulty
  • Reduce number of new stock being used for replacements
  • Reduce financial impact of potential revenue being used for replacements




















Process


This must be done for the replacement of the old BarkTec  BT-100 Spray Collar for new version please just replace as per normal


  1. Customer reports issue with BarkTec spray collar
     
  2. Confirm through troubleshoot & evidence gathering that there is an actual fault with the collar and identify which specific component is damaged that requires replacement 
     
  3. Advise the customer that we will send out a replacement for that component
     
  4. Use the relevant SKU code below to organize replacement component to be sent as per the replacement process, including adding the information to the Monday Board
     
  5. Continue with monitoring/notifying customer of replacement as per normal process

ED-BT-100, ED-BK-200,ED-BK-100: the collar (ED-BT-050)’s battery cover  is lost
